Zeiss Debuts Distagon T* 2/28 ZE Lens with EF Bayonet
Carl Zeiss (Thornwood, NY, www.zeiss.com/photo) is marketing the wide-angle Distagon T* 2/28 ZE lens with EF bayonet for all analog and digital EOS camera models. Although among the fastest lenses for its focal length, the compact Distagon features an advanced floating elements design (10 elements/8 groups) and anti-reflective coating. It delivers high quality imaging, from close-ups (0.24m) to infinity, while supporting ZF (F bayonet), ZK (K bayonet) and ZE (EF bayonet) mounts. It has a suggested retail price of $1080.
