600x CompactFlash Memory Card from Lexar
Lexar Media's (Fremont, CA, www.lexar.com) latest high-speed memory product is a 600x CompactFlash (CF) memory card that delivers a minimum sustained write speed of 90MB/s and a minimum sustained read speed of 80MB/s when paired with a UDMA 6 enabled device like the new Lexar Professional ExpressCard CompactFlash Reader. Currently available in 8GB and 16GB versions, the new cards give users free access to a downloadable copy of Image Rescue 4, the latest version of the company's award-winning image recovery software. A 32GB Lexar 600x CF memory card is expected soon.
