Children’s Portraiture Awards

In Memoriam—Donna McMahon
Former PPA Chief Operating Officer Donna R. McMahon, Hon.M.Photog., passed away September 12. McMahon, who was with PPA for 30 years, performed many key duties. She was director of events and publications and interim executive director, as well as the organization’s COO. She left PPA in 2002 and was selling real estate in Las Vegas at the time of her death. McMahon is survived by her husband Rod Blood, his daughter Jody, and daughters, Elizabeth McQueen of Virginia and Linda Steiner of Wisconsin, and their families. Memorial services were held on September 25 in Las Vegas, NV.
She was a member of the National Society of Association Executives, and served on the board of directors of the National (now International) Association of Exhibition Managers.
