ica.com) is marketing the new Pen E-PL2 camera, the fourth generation of its award-winning PEN family of compact interchangeable lens digital cameras. Known for professional quality, point-and-shoot simplicity, as well as high-definition video, the Pen E-PL2’s new features include the Movie & Still Compatible (MSC) ED 14–42mm f/3.5-5.6 zoom lens (28–84mm equivalent), a new 3-inch, 460,000 dot LCD, Bluetooth Capability and Live Guide II for previewing HD video and still image effects on the E-PL2’s high-resolution LCD screen.

The new 12.3-megapixel camera also features Face Detection, Art Filter Variations and Enhancements, and it supports ISOs up to 6400. As a DSLR it accepts a variety of lenses, from the ED 17mm f/2.8 lens wide angle to the ED 75–300mm f/4.8-5.6 zoom. Add-on conversion lenses also are available. List price: $599.99.
